Thurman S. Howard Mr. Howard has had experience in frontline collections for over 5 years, legal collections for 12 years and collections management experience for over 20 years. Mr. Howard has managed agencies with as many as 120 collectors, skip tracers, and multiple dialer stations. He has worked paper from auto deficiency to credit cards to insurance subrogation, with national account experience with such companies as J.C. Penny, Wells Fargo, Toyota Motor, Bank of America, and state compensation insurance. Mr. Howard has been responsible for legal files from start to finish. Enforcing judgments and following up on garnishments and levies, attending court for "oraps" (debtors examination), and filing motions with courts on behalf of attorney and clients. With a degree in business, Mr. Howard has managed to use his business administration skills very successfully in the collection industry.
