Listed below are the services that BailBondCollections.Com provides for ALL of their clients.  We recognize that client interests vary, so we provide what we feel is a full and comprehensive solution to your A/R and Collection needs.  The A/R portion is listed as "Non Collection" due to the fact that these accounts are generally in good standing but paying on a "terms" basis.  All other services listed are defined under our "Collections" services.

Accounts Receivables (Non Collection)

Complete set up of new accounts as well as existing accounts.  We provide billing and payment processing.  Let us handle all of the details.  We will get you out from under the burden of paperwork and tracking payments.   Our system is set up for the complete Receivables cycle.  The savings in staff costs make this option well worth the effort.

Collections Area

Letter Series

A full, comprehensive set of letters that vary in frequency and firmness that are sent to the debtor.  This is the first stage in the collection process.  All debtors and indemnitors are sent a beginning letter, in accordance with the F.D.C.P.A., that states who we are and whom we are collecting for.  They will have 30 days in which to dispute any claims.  From then on, the LETTER SERIES become firmer and more frequent.  This process usually lasts up to 60 days (depending on response from the debtor).  The customer is directed to call BailBondCollections.Com directly to settle the debt.  We handle ALL account management.

Frontline Collections:  Asset Investigation

Once an account is turned over to Frontline Collections, an immediate asset investigation begins.  When the investigation is complete, we either forward the file to one of our collection staff that contacts the debtors directly in order to issue a demand, or if the debtor has no assets or means of payment, we submit the file to ALL credit bureau's.    This is the second stage in the collection process.

Skip Tracing/Intensive Collections

We have, on our staff, professional skip tracers that are used to update accounts in order to better our chances for collection.  This is the third stage in the collection process.  We do not stop when we have a "wrong" number or a "faulty address".  We have a team of skip tracers that hunt down new information on our debtors.  This allows us great leeway in our collections efforts.

Credit Bureau Reporting/Legal (Lawsuit)

Our final phase...  After ALL avenues have been exhausted, we submit unpaid debtors to ALL 4 credit reporting agencies for future collection consideration.   This is the final stage in the collection process.  Sometimes, after all efforts have been exhausted, a debtor just will not pay.  We have one of two options...

1)  If the debtor has assets that we can attach to, we will file suit for judgment.  Once judgment is rendered, we then seek liquidation of any assets for immediate payment.  We have in house staff that handle all paperwork and filings on behalf of our clients.

2)  If the debtor has no assets, and no visible means of payment, we then file a report with ALL of the major credit reporting bureaus.  You would not believe the revenue that is collected once that happens.  NO ONE likes their credit attached to.
